Florida State Basketball is #13

Florida State slid up a spot to 13 without playing a game, which tells you everything about the traffic behind them. The 18-15 baseline carries no top-25 wins, so the promotion is paperwork, not proof. "In the mix" is generous for a team still waiting on a single result that matters.
