Accessibility

What we do

• Standard system fonts at readable sizes, with high-contrast text on dark backgrounds across the network.
• Pages built to work on phones first; no feature requires a desktop browser.
• Core reading surfaces (briefings, policy pages) work without JavaScript.
• Plain-language writing. Short sentences, concrete nouns, no jargon without explanation.
• No autoplaying audio or video.

Known limitations

• Data-heavy visuals (charts, dashboards) carry text alternatives or data tables where practical; some historical graphics may lack them, and we add alternatives as we find gaps.
• Our dark theme is the network's identity; a light or high-contrast display mode is not yet available.
